U.S. GOVERNMENT 3NC0236 SSA Smithfield, NC General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NC City: Smithfield Delineated Area: North: Hwy 401 Fuquay Varina to Garner and Hwy 70 to Northern limits of Johnston County South: Southern County Limits of Johnston County, NC East: Eastern County Limits of Johnston County, NC West: I-95 in Benson and Western Limits of Johnston County to Angier and Hwy 210 to Hwy 401 and Hwy 401 to Furquay Varina Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,319 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,319 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 4 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: Space must comply with all applicable building codes and accessibility standards as defined in the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS), and Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS). All space must be located in one contiguous block on a single floor in the same building with the exception of the space allotted to the storage room and Interactive Video Training Room (IVT) room. Any structural columns must be at least 20 feet from any interior wall and from each other (clear distance) and be no more than 2 feet square, Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
