- This project is set-aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Businesses. The NAICS code for this project is 561720. The small business size standard is no greater than $18 million in average annual receipts. Only offers from firms that are certified to meet both HUBZone status and the size standard will be considered. You may contact your local U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) office (federal, not state office) for more information on the HUBZone program. Your local SBA office's contact information may be found by accessing the SBA website (www.sba.gov). Submitted applications to SBA for HUBZone status will not qualify a vendor for consideration of a quote under this solicitation, only full certifications. Presolicitation notice information is current at the time posted. The solicitation documents, including amendments, contain the official project information, such as due date and time. The contractor will be required to provide janitorial and general building maintenance at the following locations in McClellan, California: -3237 Peacekeeper Way (Wildland Fire Training and Conference Center (WFTC)) -3426 Beech Avenue (Barracks - Building 941) -3427 Beech Avenue (Barracks - Building 942) -3426 Hickory Avenue (Barracks - Building 944) The solicitation will indicate base and option items, applicable to each performance period. The base period October 1, 2015, to March 31, 2016, with three option years from April 1 to the following March 31. The request for quotes package will be uploaded when ready, approximately August 4, 2015. The date of award is expected to be within 21 days after the actual response date, which will be stated in the package and possibly changed in one or more amendments. PLEASE HOLD ANY TECHNICAL QUESTIONS UNTIL AFTER REVIEW OF THE SOLICITATION. The technical contact information will be listed in the solicitation. The purpose of this notice is to meet the FAR 5.201 requirements. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website for amendments.
