- The purpose of this Solicitation is to replace existing waterline with new waterline; The work includes but is not limited to: Abandonment, removal, disposal of an existing waterlines, and valves within the compound. Installation of new waterline, valves, trenching, backfilling, frost-proof hydrants, excavation, driveway restoration, and any miscellaneous fittings incidental to the cost. All materials to be furnished by contractors. This project is located at The Koma Kulshan guard Station on the Mt. Baker Ranger District of the Mt. Baker- Snoqualmie National Forest, Section 5&8, Township 18 North, Range 10 East, Whatcom County, Washington. Project may be reached from Sedro-Woolley, Washington by traveling east on Highway 20 follow the road for 15 miles then turn left onto County road #68 by following County road approximately 15 miles Koma Kulshan in the right. This project is 100% set aside for Small Business. The solicitation will be posted around August 3rd 2015. Construction activity will not be allowed until after October 3, 2015 The Government's estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. A Payment Bond will be required.
