Description: AMENDMENT NO. 0001 IS ISSUED TO THE SUBJECT SOLICITATION AND ATTACHED BELOW. ************************************************** The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Atlanta Acquisition Office, AAQ-510ATL, College Park, Georgia has a new construction effort for Construction of a Remote Communications Air-Ground (RCAG) Fourth (4th) Antenna Tower, Daytona Beach International Airport, Daytona Beach, Florida and all work shall be in accordance with the attached Scope of Work. The lowest price technically acceptable source selection process will be used to meet FAA ™s criteria. This procurement is intended to result in an award of a firm-fixed price contract. This requirement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered using a tiered order of precedence. First Tier 8(a) Socially, Economically, and Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB); Second Tier Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB); Third Tier Small Businesses; and Fourth Tier Large Businesses as described in Part IV “ Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 237130 Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction with a size standard of $14 million.
