- W912HZ-15-T-0010, Solicitation Solicitation Number W912HZ-15-T-0010 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with the intent to award as a commercial purchase. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. This procurement is unrestricted under NAICS Code 334519 with a size standard of 500 employees.
