- Description
- The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 Contracting Office, intends to release an unrestricted commercial solicitation, for annual inspections and recertifications for Guldmann patient lifts for the Marion and St. Louis VA Medical Centers. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 811219 and the size standard is $20.5 million. The solicitation number is VA255-15-Q-0853. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. Contract period will be for a one year base period beginning August 1, 2015 to July 31, 2016, with four 1-year renewal option years. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database prior to award of a contract. All solicitation details, to include full specifications will be included in the Request for Quote, which will be released on or about July 20, 2015. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quotes will be July 27, 2015 by 12pm CT.
