- Description
- Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials necessary to maintain improved and unimproved grounds at Davis-Monthan AFB AZ, to include grounds occupied by the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG). Work includes mowing and trimming grass, weeds and vegetation on approximately 4,242 acres. The base period of performance will be November 1, 2015, through October 31, 2016, with four one-year option periods, all of which will be included in the evaluation for award. This solicitation is set aside exclusively for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses. The applicable NAICS Code for this solicitation is 561730 and the corresponding size standard is $7.5 million. This will be a Best Value acquisition, using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation procedures. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial format Request for Proposals. The Service Contract Act will apply. The anticipated issue date for this solicitation is on or about August 7, 2015. It will be available only via the Electronic Posting System (FBO). No paper copies will be furnished. No bidders mailing list will be maintained.
