- *DESCRIPTION 1) Fiber-coupled laser diode kit (Quantity - 4 each). *PROCUREMENT TYPE The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a competitive basis this material in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. All responsible sources shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation with specifications will be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about 7/20/2015. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to susan.wigfield@navy.mil or mailed to Commander, Code 254320D (Susan Wigfield), NAVAIRWARCENWPNSDIV, 429 E. Bowen Rd. Mail Stop 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6109 no later than 5 days from this notice date. Electronic delivery of quotations are preferred. If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
