- PRE-SOLICITATION Notice for the Repair of sanitary sewer in the 200 block in Fort McCoy, WI. There will be a site visit for this requirement. Please view the solicitation documents once they are posted for a date/time/location. This is a PRE-SOLICITATION Notice ONLY. This is not a request for proposals and no contract shall be awarded at this time. Work to be performed under this firm, fixed-price type contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237110 with a small business size standard of $36.5 million. Project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. Period of Performance will be 180 days after contract award. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page (fbo.gov) for the future issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue the solicitation within 5 days of this pre-solicitation notice.
