- Solicitation Number: AG-6215-S-15-0010 Notice Type: Presolicitation Synopsis: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) State Office in Salina, KS intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Zwickle, Copenhaver, Maynard, & Nolting Wetland Reserve Program (WRP) Restoration in Meade County, Kansas. The work will consist of construction/enhancement of wetlands on the WRP easements including mobilization and demobilization, excavation, cover crop (depressions), obstruction removal - fence, obstruction removal - water well, land clearing - medium, land clearing - light, critical area planting and mulching - spoil areas and other disturbed areas, critical are planting and mulching - grubbing areas. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the projects is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $36.5M. The Product Service Code is Y1QA. The anticipated period of performance for this project is 63 calendar days from the date the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The solicitation will be a Total Small Business set-aside. The full solicitation package including specifications and drawings will be available from the Federal Business Opportunities website on or around August 4, 2015.
