- Notice of Intent Program Management IT Support Services for Fuel Efficiency Office (FEO) The 763d Specialized Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed priced modification to task order FA4452-11-F-0011, extending the Program Management IT Support Services for Fuel Efficiency Office (FEO) support for a 6-month period of performance, 23 Oct 15 - 22 Apr 16. This extension will be accomplished via FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. This action is necessary to continue FEO Support services while a competitive follow-on acquisition is developed. This sole source task order modification will be issued to Dynamics Research Corporation (Engility Corporation). The contractor shall provide technical program services supporting Information Technology (IT) initiatives to maintain the fuel efficiency of Air Mobility Command (AMC) operations and related mission decisions. The Government intends to issue a sole source modification to one source, Dynamics Research Corporation, Two Technology Drive, Andover MA 01810-5423 under the authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the work. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The resultant task order modification will be firm-fixed price. Verbal requests will not be acted upon. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541511.
