- J&A The purpose of this action is a Justification and Approval of the award of a sole source bridge contract to the incumbent contractor, G4S TJV. The purpose of this contract is to provide required local guard services to the U.S. Mission in the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi and Dubai). The Office of Overseas Protective Operations under the Bureau of Diplomatic Security, along with the Office of Acquisition Management, has awarded a sole source bridge contract for local guard services at the U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi and U.S. Consulate Dubai to the incumbent contractor. The subject contract is for a base period of six months with three (3) 2-month option periods.
