DRAFT DOCUMENTS FOR INDUSTRY REVIEW/COMMENT: N00019-15-R-0058 draft Performance Work Statement, draft Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs), draft Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), draft List of T-34 and T-44 Over and Above Parts, and a draft listing of documents to be available in the Competition Library when opened, are hereby posted for industry review and comment. This requirement is subject to change and the information provided for comment/question is for informational purposes only. The final requirement, if any, would be defined under a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) and announced on FedBizOpps. INDUSTRY FEEDBACK TO DRAFT DOCUMENTS: Non-proprietary comments/questions may be submitted with regard to these draft documents but are strictly voluntary and will be considered by the Government to further refine the requirement and enhance the solicitation. The Government will post all submitted comments/questions and Government responses on FedBizOpps on a non-attribution basis. Industry comments/questions should be focused on adequacy of information, clarifications required, or unexecutable requirements. The email and all attached documents shall reference N00019-15-R-0058. Responses shall include company name, company address, and a main and alternate point-of-contact (POC) who are able to discuss the material submitted. POC information shall include name, position, phone number, fax number, and email address. Comments/questions shall be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF) by email no later than 2:00 PM EST on 3 August 2015 to the Contract Specialist, Martha Scott, at martha.scott@navy.mil, with a copy to the Contracting Officer, Noelle Reimers, at noelle.reimers@navy.mil. Information and materials submitted in response to this request WILL NOT be returned. FINAL RFP RELEASE: The Government intends to issue the FINAL RFP in the fourth quarter of 2015 as a Small Business Set Aside, FAR Part 12 commercial contract. The set-aside determination was based upon Market Research conducted with information received from the Sources Sought published 4 February 2015 on FedBizOpps. Contract award is anticipated to be in the second quarter of 2016. Please continue to monitor this website for updated information as it becomes available.
