- Solicitation P15PS02005 Supply Center Insulation Project Glacier National Park ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is $25,000 to $100,000. 1. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Total Small Business. 2. Bonding Requirement: NO BONDS ARE REQUIRED but Alternative Payment Protection in the form of a payment bond or Irrevocable Letter of Credit is Required. 3. Work shall be completed by October 31, 2015. 4. See Sections L and M for Proposal Preparation Instructions and Evaluation Information. Proposals must conform to the requirements. 5.
