- W91249-15-T-0004 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The closing date and time of this solicitation 5 August 2015, 2:00pm. eastern daylight time. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. This acquisition is restricted under NAICS code 561110, size std 7.5M. This requirement is100% set-aside Total Small Business. Only qualified offerors may submit proposals.
