- The National Park Service intends to issue a solicitation for a construction requirement for Rock Creek Park. Work will consist of replacing the roof on an equipment shed in Washington, DC. A detailed Statement of Work and specification will be provided with final solicitation documents. The Solicitation No. is P15PS02072. Project Magnitude is between $60,000 and $80,000. One (1) firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages for District of Columbia will apply. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5 million. This will be a Small Business Set-Aside. A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance. The official Request for Quotation (RFQ) and its attachments will be issued and available late July 2015 and will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at https://www.fbo.gov and FedConnect at https://www.fedconnect.net. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.
