The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole source basis to ENGINEERING DESIGN TEAM, INC. 1400 NW Compton Drive Ste 315 Beaverton, OR, 97006 for the following manufactured products: Part Number Description Quantity 095-04116/ EXP4 PCIe8 EXP4, 1U 5 016-14162-00 Cable; PCIe Cable Assy, 28 AWG, 1.0M External, purch, EXP4 10 019-14223 PCIe8 Expansion, full height, EXP4 10 019-14395 PCIe8 LX 3P/10G/MGT/MGT/10G-8+/GIGE/GIGE/240T//220T/QSH/2G 12 Delivery to destination: Virginia Beach, VA. Under the authority 10 USC 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, the government intends to issue a sole source contract to ENGINEERING DESIGN TEAM, INC. The use of another vendor's product, assuming a qualified vendor or product can be found, would require unbudgeted and unanticipated system integration, operability, functionality, software redesign, form fit re-design, accreditation and testing. This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which, if received within 7 calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by NSWCDD. All responses must be submitted to the government point of contact at the email address shown below.
