Delineated Area Map-Hayward General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Hayward Delineated Area: South: From the intersection of Highway 92 and the train tracks, proceed northeast on Highway 92 to Highway 185; continue north on Highway 185, exiting to D St.; proceed east on D St. to Main St. East: At the intersection of Main St. and D St., proceed north on Main St. through the name change into Rose St. and continue west on Rose St. to Mission; proceed south on Mission to Sunset Boulevard. North: At the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Mission, proceed west on Sunset Boulevard to Meekland Ave.; proceed north on Meekland Ave. to West Blossom Way; proceed west on West Blossom Way to Hathaway Ave.; proceed north on Hathaway Ave. until the name change to Hacienda Ave. and continue west on Hacienda to Hesperian Boulevard; proceed south on Hesperian Boulevard to Bockman Road; proceed west on Bockman Road to Grant Ave.; proceed west on Grant Ave. to the intersection of the train tracks at Railroad Ave. West: From the intersection of Grant Ave. and Railroad Ave., proceed south along the train tracks to Highway 92. If not a new building, the space offered shall be in a building that has undergone, or will complete by occupancy, modernization or adaptive reuse for the space with modern conveniences. Space shall be located 1) in an office, research, technology, or business park that is modern in design with a campus-like atmosphere; or, 2) on an attractively landscaped site containing one or more modern office Buildings that are professional and prestigious in appearance with the surrounding development well maintained and in consonance with a professional image. •· Space to be located within two city blocks of a primary or secondary street with scheduled public transportation. •· Space shall be contiguous and located on one floor. •· If the space is above street level, it shall have a minimum of two accessible elevators. One accessible elevator may serve as a freight elevator. •· Space must allow efficient office configuration (space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide). •· Column size, number, and placement of columns are unique (columns must be at least 20' from any interior wall and from each other, and be no more than 2' square). •· Janitorial services to be provided on weekdays between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Submission Requirements This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals. Expressions of Interest MUST be submitted in writing and, at a minimum, include the information cited herein. Expressions of Interest are welcome only from building owners and/or their authorized representatives. Expressions submitted by anyone other than the owner must include a copy of an agreement authorizing representation. Please provide the following information in your Expression of Interest. •1. Building : Name and address. •2. Authorized Contact: Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. •3. Legal Entity: Name and contact information of the property ownership. Written acknowledgement is required from the owner or the owner's agents where an agent represents multiple ownership entities. •4. Map showing the proposed site clearly identified as being within the city limits of Goleta or the city limits of Santa Barbara. •5. Location of offered space in the building. •6. Date the space will be available. •7. Size: Rentable square feet (RSF) and ABOA square feet offered. ABOA square feet does not include such areas as stairs, elevators, mechanical and utility rooms, ducts, shafts, vestibules and public corridors, and public toilets required by local code.
