Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible firms that are capable of providing the supplies described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. The FSC for this requirement is 5984. The NAICS for this requirement is 454310 with a size standard of 50 employees. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond. The results of this Sources Sought will be utilized to determine if any Small Business Set-aside opportunities exist. All Small Business Set-aside categories will be considered. In addition, this market research tool is being used to identify potential and eligible firms, of all sizes, prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a solicitation. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) platform for acquiring services at https://www.neco.navy.mil. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. INTRODUCTION Requirement Overview: The Naval Air Station, Key West, FL 33040, requires consistent, uninterruptible deliveries of Propane (LP), to the following four (4) locations for Navy Gateway Inn Suites (NGIS) listed below: a)Boca Chica Visitors Quarters, Building A-727, 500 gallons per month b)Truman Annex, Building 1350, Oceanside (Beachside), 5600 gallons per month c)Truman Annex, Buildings 438 and 439, 1800 gallons per month d)Trumbo Point, Fly Navy, Building C-2076, 700 gallons per month ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE One (1) Base Year with four (4) one (1) Year Options REQUIREMENTS See attached Draft (SOW). The Contract Type is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). These supplies shall be delivered to Naval Air Station, Key West, FL 33040 (please see SOW). SUBMITTAL INFORMATION It is requested that interested businesses submit to the Contracting Office the company ™s profile to include number of employees, business size, CAGE number and DUNs number. The statement of interest shall be sent by mail to LaShawn Brown, Contract Specialist, 110 York town, Ave 3rd Floor, Jacksonville, FL 32212-0097 or via email at Lashawn.brown@navy.mil.
