- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The National Park Service, South Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a solicitation to furnish and install a 1000-gallon gasoline storage tank within Everglades National Park, Everglades City, Florida 34139 on or about Monday, July 27, 2015. SOLICITATION NUMBER: P15PS02092. Work will consist of (but not limited to) providing all labor, supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation and incidentals necessary to furnish and install a 1000-gallon aboveground gasoline storage tank, pump, dispenser, hose reel, and all other appurtenances, etc. A detailed Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be provided with the solicitation documents. This procurement will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses'. NAICS code: 237120. Small Business Standard: $36.5 M. Estimated cost range: between $0 and $100,000.00. SITE VISIT: Only (1) one site visit is scheduled for this action on Wednesday, Aug 05, 2015 at 10:30am (ET) at Everglades National Park, 815 Oyster Bar Lane, Everglades City, FL 34139. Any questions must be received via email by 10:00am (ET) on Monday, Aug 10, 2015 to Mary_Stefanos@nps.gov. TYPE OF CONTRACT: A firm-fixed-price contract is expected to be awarded IAW FAR 16.202 towards the end of August 2015. Note: Davis Bacon prevailing wages for Collier County, FL will apply. The Government will award (1) one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The solicitation (including attachments) will be posted on FBO.gov (Federal Business Opportunities) on or about Monday, Jul 27, 2015. This date is subject to change. Hard copy documents including drawings will not be available - all available documents will be posted at this website for download. Offers will be due 30 days after issuance of solicitation unless extended by amendment. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. No phone calls please.
