- Amendment The purpose of this amendment is to reopen the solicitation to provide answers to questions received. The new response time and date will be 31July 2015, 12PM Eastern. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Question: What brand and model of the security panels currently installed? How old are they? Answer: Mixture of GE, DSC and Honeywell. The equipment ranges for 15 years to current. Question: Can a list of all locations be provided? Answer: There are currently 103 accounts requiring monitoring. They are aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC, Marine Corps Base Cherry Point, NC and New River Air Station, North Carolina. A complete listing of all buildings will be provided upon award to the awardee. Question: Are the panels security only or combinations security and fire? Answer: No. This requirement is only for security only. Question: What is the transmission method to the monitoring station? Answer: The transmission method is both POTS and GSM. Question: Are any account UL2050 accounts? Or are they all "normal" accounts? Answer: There are no UL2050 accounts. Question: Are all 103 accounts to be monitored similar or is each one unique? Answer: All 103 accounts are similar. Question: Does the government expect the contractor to maintain a physical presence at the government provided offices? Answer: No. This is for remote monitoring only.
