Description

The Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center, located at 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West, Amarillo, TX, 79106, has a requirement for Disassemble/Move/Reinstall a Radiological Shelf (i.e., TABTRAC), including contents with a vendor at the Amarillo VAMC. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, transportation, labor, and other items/services necessary to complete the required task - as per SOW. Services shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work of the contract. The anticipated Period of Performance for these services is 60 days (i.e., commencing on or about September 1, 2015). The intent is a 100% SDVOSB Set-Aside, which will result in a fixed-price service contract. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is VA258-15-Q-0603. The applicable NAICS code is 811219 and the small business size standard is $20.5 million. TELEPHONIC REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
