Description

Solicitation Number DTFAEN-15-R-00134 “ Clean, Paint and Seal the Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), Mobile Regional Airport, Mobile, Alabama. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Atlanta Acquisition Office, AAQ-510ATL, College Park, Georgia has a new construction effort to Clean, Paint and Seal the Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at the Mobile Regional Airport, Mobile, Alabama and all work shall be in accordance with the attached Scope of Work. The lowest price technically acceptable source selection process will be used to meet the FAA ™s criteria. This procurement is intended to result in an award of a firm-fixed price contract. This requirement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered using a tiered order of precedence. First tier 8(a) Socially, Economically, and Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB); Second tier Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB); Third tier Small Businesses; and Fourth tier Large Businesses as described in Part IV “ Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors with a size standard of $15 million.
