Description

This amendment replaces the previous solicitation file and replaces it with a new file. Offerors are directed to disregard previous version of the solicitation. The following changes were implemented with the following changes: Part B1. States (continuation from Standard Form 1449, block 18A.). Paragraphs 6, 7, and 8 were replaced to address payment information only. Part B1. SDVOSB requirement was removed as this is a small business set aside. This section is asking for interested SDVOSBs to register at vetbiz. This is no longer required as this is a small business set aside. Part E1. Includes new requirement to register with sam.gov. Part E.3. Offerors are not required to submit past performance.
