- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provide all labor, materials, supervision and all installation incidentals for window tint and vinyl pattern for Soldier Service Center, Building 1550, Schofield Barracks, HI. The windows sizes varies from 7' x 54 quote mark (6 each); 66 quote mark x 22 quote mark (5 each), 7' x 39 quote mark (3 each), 7' x 48 quote mark (2 each), 66 quote mark x 28 quote mark, 7' x 31 quote mark, and a frosted design on doors. The design shall be approved by the COR or activity representative and the contractor is responsible to verify all measurements. Offerors are urged to inspect the site where work will be performed and to verify all the window measurements.
