Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911YN-15-T-1007 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-79. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of Hotel Conference Space, Audio/ Visual Equipment, and Catered Meals for a Yellow Ribbon Event in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing postdate. PROPOSALS MUST BE ALL OR NONE. PARTIAL AWARDS WILL NOT BE MADE. Offerors are encouraged to include documentation that showcases the amenities their property offers. Quotes due by: 31 July 2015 @ 11:00 A.M.
