- Redacted MFR amended solicitation Solicitation The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a combined synopsis/solicitation set aside for small businesses for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is provided as an attachment to this notice. This acquisition is for the purchase of brand name Finite Element Modeling and Post Processing (FEMAP) software support in support of the Department of the Navy. All quotes must be for BRAND NAME FEMAP software support. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the System for Award Management (SAM) program. The SAM website is www.sam.gov. Vendors providing pricing must be authorized resellers of the products they chose to quote, as this is for brand name products. All quotes are due NLT July 29, 2015, 12:00 pm (CST). Questions will be accepted until July 28, 2015, 9:00 am (CST). Please contact amber.e.musenbrock.civ@mail.mil with questions. Evaluation of quotes will be conducted using Evaluation of Commercial Items per FAR Part 52.212-2. The evaluation criterion is: TECHNICAL ACCEPTABLENESS(1) AND PRICE (2). Payment will be made via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Only one award will be made for this requirement.
