- This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the supply of concrete to fill lock cell walls (contractor to provide all management, labor, supplies, materials, and equipment necessary to perform work outlined in the Scope of Work) at Lock and Dam 52, Brookport, IL. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms, clauses, and conditions incorporated herein. NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238110. The size standard is $15 Million. The Government anticipates award of a Time and Materials Type Contract in accordance with FAR 16.601 - Time and Materials Contracts. The solicitation will be available on the web only. Telephone and Fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
