- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS The 414th Contracting Support Brigade is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support requirements for any of the services listed below. The location of delivery of supplies will include but is not limited the Entebbe, Uganda. The Period of Performance will be for one (1) year from the date the contract is award with an option for an additional year. Requirement Commercial Printing NAICS Code-323111 The Printing Service's requirement includes but is not limited to the following: Contractor shall have one (1) week from the contract award date to begin print services. Upon request, the Contractor shall provide a sample of the printed product to the government to ensure quality and accuracy. Contractor will print, on order, products that include leaflets (15 cm x 20 cm, 10 cm x 15 cm, A4 Paper), pamphlets, stickers, billboards, clothing, decals, business cards, signs, and novelty products. Additional product types may be required based on the U. S. Government's (Government) request. Variations to print products may include glossy lamination, images, text, and size of product, type of ink, phosphorescence, and the type of paper. Additionally, the Contractor will deliver the printed product no more than seventy-two (72) hours from placement of an order; unless the government is notified at the placement of that order and a new time is approved by the government. The contractor shall deliver products no later than seventy-two (72) hours after placement of an order, or unless a new time is approved in writing by the government. The contractor shall be capable of printing and delivering 50,000 leaflets within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of product request to a location within fifty (50) kilometer (Km) of Entebbe, Uganda to be identified by the Government. Contractor shall provide a price list for products to include but not limited to leaflets (10 cm x 15 cm, 15 cm x 20 cm, A4 paper size), 60 cm x 90 cm poster, and double sided printing, billboard, large pull up stand banner, and glossy lamination of items. It is recommended to provide as thorough a price list as possible for printing capabilities. Provide all price lists in English and U.S. Dollars. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name 2) Address 3) Email address 4) Web site address 5) Telephone number 6) Size and type of ownership for the organization 7) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. [Note: In accordance with FAR 10.001(b), agencies should not request potential sources to submit more than the minimum information necessary.] The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to 1) provide services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated; 2) secure and apply the full range of corporate financial, human capital, and technical resources required to successfully perform similar requirements; 3) implement a successful project management plan that includes: compliance with tight program schedules; cost containment; meeting and tracking performance; hiring and retention of key personnel and risk mitigation; and 4) provide services under a performance based service acquisition contract. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, and multiple awards WILL NOT be made. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice No Later Than Friday 31 July 2015 1000 HRS EAST AFRICAN TIME.
