- AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION. This is an amendment to a previously synopsized solicitation issued for the purpose of incorporating changes to the Terms and Conditions, include the site visit notes, and extend the response date. The response date is extended from July 29, 2015 by 4:30pm (PT) to August 7, 2015 by 4:30pm (PT). QUOTES ARE DUE BY 4:30PM (PT) ON AUGUST 7, 2015. The solicitation Terms and Conditions document, Specifications document, and Plans-Drawing document are all changed, as described in Amendment 0002 Standard Form 20 (SF-30), included as an attachment to this solicitation in FedConnect. The solicitation package is now comprised of the following documents: - Attachment 01 (Standard Form 1442) per the original solicitation, - Amendment 0001 (Standard Form 30), - Amendment 0002 (Standard Form 30), - Attachment 05 (DOL Wage Decision WA150047) per the original solicitation and still in effect, - Attachment 07 (REVISED Terms and Conditions 7/24/15), - Attachment 08 (Site Visit Notes 7/24/15), - Attachment 09 (REVISED Specifications 7/24/15), and - Attachment 10 (REVISED Plans-Drawings). As previously posted, PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED and telephone requests, email requests, or fax requests for the solicitation will not be accepted. To receive the solicitation package (standard form and all associated attachments), click the link below for the solicitation and any amendment(s) where you'll be redirected to FedConnect at https://www.fedconnect.net. Accessing the solicitation form and attachments does not require registration in FedConnect. Once at the FedConnect home page, click on "Search Public Opportunities Only." Next screen, select "Reference Number" from drop-down menu and type in solicitation number as P15PS01305, and click "search." Next screen will show the solicitation title as "(OLYM) Replace Lift Station and Sewer Maintenance." Click the title to open the overview page, where this amendment form (SF-30), the original solicitation form (SF-1442) and all attachments are posted. It is the responsibility of the offerors to monitor the FBO and FedConnect websites to download all amendments and attachments which may also be issued against the solicitation prior to the solicitation's closing date.
