NCPIE has already-established links to schools and universities nationwide, and has years of experience reaching out to diverse collegiate student populations. NCPIE has a vast selection of resource materials that specifically addresses prescription misuse problems among youth and young adults, including flyers, brochures, guidebooks, and other resources that are useful both for young adults and for counselors/teachers who guide them. NCPIE also has existing resource kits, guides, and programs that discuss the very topics CSAT/OCA seeks to cover in this proposed acquisition. This is not a solicitation for competitive proposal. No solicitation document is available. All responsible sources that have determined that they can provide the same services may submit product information and a capabilities statement that speaks to the services SAMHSA/CSAT/OCA is seeking in this proposed acquisition.
