NE, Mailstop A19, Atlanta, GA, 30333, hereby announces its intent to limit competition to the following three companies who are authorized by SAP to provide annual Secure Enterprise Support: •SAP NS2 •Carahsoft Technology Corporation •Advantaged Solutions, Inc. Posting Date: 07/27/2015 Closing Response Date: 11:59 pm EST on 08/11/2015 NAICS Code: 541519 Period of Performance: 09/01/2015 to 08/31/2019 Solicitation Number: 2015-N-17233 Contract Line Item Number: 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001 Contract Place of Performance: 1600 Clifton Road NE, Building 24 Atlanta, GA 30329 The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1(c). VTrckS is a mission critical system (investment) for vaccine ordering and management for Vaccine For Children Program. The system was developed using SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and has been in production since December 2010. SAP is the software vendor of SAP ERP technology. For the ongoing operations and maintenance of the system, it is imperative that the SAP licenses are renewed for the continued use of the system by the CDC, awardees and health care providers. No other technology will suffice VTrckS operations and maintenance needs. Without the SAP licenses renewal, the system will not function resulting in huge disruption in the vaccine supply chain under the VFC program and in case of response to public health emergencies such as H1N1. Responsible sources that believe they possess the expertise and capabilities identified above are encouraged to submit to the Contracting Officer within 15 days from the posting date of this notice, their written capabilities statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency for future procurement.
