- Cost estimating spreadsheet for potential feedback and completion with requested cost information. Request for Information Annoucement with instructions and guidance for submitting feedback to the draft SOW and information on conference call participation. Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the EPAP requirement. This is a Request for Information regarding the draft Statement of Work (SOW) for EPAP. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) industry feedback on the attached draft SOW (2) feedback on the cost estimating spreadsheet and if able to complete the spreadsheet with high-level information to assist the Government in evaluating its internal cost estimate, (3) the availability and capability of qualified business providers as determined by interest expressed in the SOW and cost estimating spreadsheet and capability statements provided. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the most productive path forward to the issuance of a potential solicitation.
