Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Region, Nebraska-Kansas Area Office intends to solicit quotations for inspections and reporting at the Medicine Creek Reservoir in Cabmridge, Nebraska. A Performance Work Statement will be included in the solicitation. The period of performance is expected to be from August 27, 2015 through April 30, 2016. Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or around August 4, 2015. Quotes will be due on or around August 21, 2015. Reclamation anticipates issuing the RFQ set aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541690 and the associated Small Business Size Standard is $15.0. The RFQ will be available for viewing through electronic commerce. Reclamation will issue RFQ Number R15PS01287 via https://www.fbo.gov, at the link provided in this notice. Interested vendors may also check https://www.fedconnect.net. The RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices will be available to vendors on these websites on or after August 4, 2015. The Government anticipates award of this procurement on or around August 25, 2015. Reclamation will consider all responsible sources who submit a timely quote that conforms to the solicitation. Prospective offerors may submit quotes through the mail, electronically, e-mail, or fax. Any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be active and registered in the System for Award Management database prior to award of a contract or agreement. SAM is a Federal Government owned and operated FREE website at www.SAM.gov. All invoices for this procurement must be submitted through the Department of Treasury¿s Internet Payment Platform located at www.IPP.gov.
