- Stain the visitor center at Agate Fossil Beds National Monument, Harrison, NE. This project consists of all tools, materials, labor, supervision and other items necessary to complete the entire project as specified. Work includes staining exterior siding and trim of Visitor Center/Museum. Visitor Center/ Museum (V.C.) siding consist of Number 1 Cedar siding with Cedar trim approximately 9800 sq. ft. of exterior siding. Pursuant to FAR 19.13, this project is set-aside 100% for businesses in the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program. NAICS Code: 238320 (size standard $15M), PSC: Z2AZ. Davis-Bacon Wage Rates for Sioux County shall apply. The magnitude of this project is $25,000 to $100,000. The National Park Service, Midwest Region (MWR), NEKOTA Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO), intends to award a firm-fixed price, construction contract in response to this solicitation. Offerors must have a DUNS number, be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications in SAM, in order to be eligible for award. Pursuant to FAR 13.106-2 -- Evaluation of Quotations or Offers, the government will evaluate all quotes in an efficient and minimally burdensome fashion using the following evaluation criteria: PRICE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE PAST PERFORMANCE The government intends to place an order(s) with a contractor(s) that represents the best value. The government intends to award based on final quotes but reserves the right to request additional material and labor breakdowns if needed.
