- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to The Boeing Company for technical services to update the Geometry, Mathematics, and Engineering Libraries (GEML) Spline Toolkit with a period of performance of 120 days pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Potential sources may submit their interest in this requirement with their capability statements no later than 12 August 2015. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not a competitive procurement will be conducted. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
