Notice To All Offerors (2) ITO Attachment 1.6(a) (NTE Coefficient Pricing Matrix) ITO Attachment 1.2(a) (Past Performance Questionnaire) Amendment 1 Please be advised that the Government has posted the answers to all Questions & Answers received as of the 23 July 2015 at 3:00PM CST. The Q&As can be found in document titled "Notice to Offereors (2)". Additionally, as a result of the Q&A session the Government has posted an Amendment to the Solicitation extending the offer due date to 24 August 2015, 3:00PM CST. Please ensure you sign a copy of the Amendment and incorporate in proposal Volume IV (each hard copy and disk copy). Please be advised the revised documents have also been incorporated as follows: ITO 1.2 (Past performance Questionairre) has been edited and replaced by ITO 1.2(a) (Past Performance Questionairre) ITO 1.6 (NTE Coefficient Pricing Matrix) has been edited and replaced by ITO 1.6(a) (Past Performance Questionairre) We look forward to receipt of your proposals --Dustin C.
