- wage determination Clauses Price Schedule Listing Statement of Work Cover Letter The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, and Grand Prairie, Texas intend to issue solicitation RFQP05011500015 for the provision a Medical Assistant Services to be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in Bastrop, Texas. The requirement will be for Medical Assistant Services. The contract will consist of a base plus four options year periods and 1920 sessions per year. The contract type will be an indefinite delivery/requirement type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561320 with a small business size standard of $27.5 million. The solicitation is restricted to small business. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The solicitation will be available on or about August 3, 2015 and will be distributed solely through the website at www.fbo.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through the website. The anticipated deadline for receipt of quotations is September 1, 2015 2015 12:00 P.M. Central.
