Description

This is NOT a request for quote- USDA, ARS, Pullman, WA intends to award a sole source purchase order to Cellular Technology Limited, 20521 Chagrin BLVD, Shaker Heights, OH 44122 for a Immunospot S6. The lmmunospot S6 is manufactured and sold only by Cellular Technology Limited (CTL) and is the only analyzer that has been proven to read 4 - colors simultaneously. The motorized lens and auto centering setting allows for an accurate, precise and easy method to assay multip l e different substrate platforms including 38 4, 96, 48, 24, 12 and 6 well plates as well as hema a n d h i s to slides. The variable resolution s ettin g s offsets large file sizes yet mai n t a in capability of capturing 25 megapixels which can recognize over 11,000 spots per well - this i s coupled with the ability to de t ect up to 24 unique fluorescent light source combinations. The system i s equipped with a quality control module and intelligent counting parameters ( se n s itivity, auto-gating, artifact recognition, background balance and region of interest as well as a unique cell counting protocol/module. Our justification to award is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
