- Solicitation AG-INTS-S-15-0004 for Bangladesh, Cameroon, Ehiopia, India and Togo. The United States Department of Agriculture/Farm Service Agency requests proposals from responsible sources to provide marine cargo discharge survey services in the Bangladesh, Cameroon, Ehiopia, India and Togo. The service will include surveys of containerized, and/or break bulk, and/or bulk commodities for food assistance programs. One fixed-price requirements contract is contemplated for each country.
