- The solicitation number is SPE4A6-15-R-0861, the PR number is 0059544119 and the NSN is 5970-01-569-0650. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract with no quantity option. Required quantity is 70,000. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted. FOB: Origin; Inspection/ Acceptance: Origin. Delivery requirement is 124 days ARO.
