- AMENDMENT#2- Is to extend proposal due date from July 31, 2015 to August 10, 2015. Proposal are due on or before 11a.m. on Monday, August 10, 2015. GPO-34504-R Industrial Duct Cleaning for services that include assessment, cleaning and restoration of HVAC ducting followed by surface cleaning. See the attached Solicitation and Attachments (Note: Attachments #1 through #5 are within the Solicitation and Attachments #6 through #9 are posted). A required Site Inspection will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 10:00 AM. To schedule an appointment to inspect email: glrobertson@gpo.gov or call 202-512-2010, ext. 31679. Proposals are due and MUST be submitted by 2 PM on Friday, July 31, 2015 (along with required submittals cited in Section 1. Statement of Work on page 5) to US Government Publishing Office, Acquisition Services, Room A332, 732 North Capitol Street, NW, Stop: AS, Washington, DC 20401. Please reference GPO-34504-R on the envelope. All proposals submitted must include wage scale rates. Please submit Performance Bond or total price and Payment Bond with Proposal.
