- This attachment contains the ASTROS Cost Model (Excel Document) referenced in Section L Attachment L-3. Offerors are required to utilize this cost model in developing their cost proposal. This attachment contains the PPI Tool referenced in Section L Attachment L-1. This attachment contains the Model Contract (Combined Synopsis/Solicitation) for the ASTROS requirement. Please find the attached PDF, as well as the PPI-Tool and Section L- Cost Model (Excel) attachments. _____________________________________________________________ ASTROS Site Visit: GENERAL INFORMATION: The Air Force Research Laboratory, Propulsion Directorate (AFRL/RQ-W), Edwards AFB, CA is hosting a site visit for the Aerospace Systems Technical Research and Operations Services (ASTROS) requirement. The site visit is scheduled for 14 August 2015 at the AFRL Rocket Science Center (RSC) Building 8424 Edwards AFB, CA 93524. ACCESS TO THE FACILITY: The AFRL/RQ-W facility is restricted to approved visitors only. In order to attend the industry day, visitors must complete and return a Visitor's Pre-Announcement Notification by Close of Business (COB) Monday 3 August 2015 in order to allow adequate time to process the notification and grant access to the facility. INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED TO THE GOVERNMENT: Please note that the number of personnel from each company attending the industry day is restricted to a maximum of 3 individuals. All attendees must be US citizens or permanent residents. The following information is required for AFRL entry for each attendee: Name of Individual (Last, First, MI) Company Name Social Security Number Valid US Government-issued Photo ID/Driver's License (ID Number and issuing state) Date of Birth Citizenship Place of Birth GOVERNMENT POINT OF CONTACT: Please provide the above information by email to Mr. Joshua Vasquez, joshua.vasquez.5@us.af.mil, no later than COB 3 August 2015. Access to AFRL/Edwards AFB may be denied to any individual not listed as a scheduled attendee. All individuals entering Edwards AFB must be in possession of a valid US Photo ID. This site visit is in conjunction with solicitation FA9300-15-R-0001 ONLY.
