- SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS IS AMENDED TO ATTACH THE SOLICITATION SPM4A8-15-Q-0193 TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ****SEE ATTACHMENT FOR SOLICITATION**** NOTE SITE VISIT ON AUGUST 19, 2015. SEE SOLICITATION ATTACHED!! The DLA -Aviation-VICA, Industrial Plant Equipment Division, Richmond, VA, procure a upgrade computerized industrial controls for Real Time Radiography (RTR) in accordance with the Purchase Description VIBB 15-20-1202 dated May 19, 2015. Solicitation is Unrestricted Full and Open competition. The estimated release date of the solicitation will be on or about August 4, 2015 with the anticipated closing will be on or about September 8, 2015. The anticipated award will be made as a firm, fixed-price contract. The award shall be based on lowest price, technically acceptable and performance tradeoff. The requested performance is 120 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. A Site visit is anticipated and the date will be posted with the solicitation. The solicitation will be posted as an attachment to this notice.
