- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because a statute exists that expressly authorizes or requires that the acquisition be made from a specific source or through another agency (FAR 6.302-5); specifically, Sole source awards under the 8(a) Program. Per FAR 6.302-5 a J&A is not required for this award. aDemolition Contractor shall remove all items marked by user as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall remove existing lay-in-ceiling tiles and grid, lights, HVAC diffusers and provide temporary lighting as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall sever existing electrical wire and conduit that penetrates wall as indicated on drawings. Contractor hall remove existing sensor as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall cap all floor drains as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall remove all wood framing around crane as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall remove existing roll up door as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall remove rubber wall base and grind existing flooring as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall remove existing wall as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall remove existing door, frame, and hardware as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall remove existing fire extinguisher and boxes as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall cap existing drain and reroute condensation line as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall disconnect and remove all power supplied outside of Suite D as indicated on drawings. Existing fire alarm strobe to be removed as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall prep area to receive new concrete and footings as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall reroute existing HVAC lines as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall remove portion of existing wall for new opening as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall remove portion of existing wall as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall remove existing water fountain as indicated on drawings. Contactor shall demo existing duplex receptacle as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall demo existing strobe as indicated on drawings. b.Construction Contractor shall provide and install new concrete pad as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall paint as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall provide and install new quadplex receptacle as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall provide and install new metal stud wall as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall install government provided lock as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall provide and install new power as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall provide and install new rough-ins and pull strings as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall provide and install new wall fur out as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall provide and install new spray foam material as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall provide and install new conduit as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall provide and install new occupancy sensor as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall provide and install new hard lid ceiling as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall provide and install new surface mounted light as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall provide and install new 66 block as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall provide and install new rough-ins for speakers as indicated on drawings Contractor shall provide and install new overcut opening and install new steel plates as indicated on drawings Contractor shall provide and install new rough-ins for BMS alarms as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall provide and install new rough-ins for badge readers as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall provide and install new rough-ins for motion sensors as indicated on drawings.
