July 30, 2015 Dear Interested Party: This letter constitutes the government's written pre-award small business notification, in accordance with Federal Acquisition regulation 15.503 "Notification of unsuccessful offerors." The government has completed its evaluation of proposals received in response to VA243-14-Q-1195, Hand Sanitizing Bedside Wipes Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The follow is the apparent successful offeror, as a result of the evaluation: A)Essential Cares Supplies, Inc. 709 E. Washington Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90021 The government will not consider will not consider subsequent revisions of the offeror's proposal. No response is required to this notification unless a basis exists to challenge the small business size status of the apparent successful offeror.
