- Building numbers and maps for the Industry Day scheduled for 04 August and the One-on-one sessions on 05 August 2014 are attached. Non-government (business and personal) cell phones and other electronic devices (tablets or computers) are not allowed within the facilities unless the attached form has been completed and submitted. Please do so before 04 August 2014. Attached is the PHDNSWNOTE 5510 Policy and request form. The security office can only accommodate additional industry participants if they presently have base access. A CAC or retired (or active) military ID are valid for base access. There is insufficient time to process additional visitors that would need to be cleared through the base access form.
