- WAGE DETERMINATION Statement of Work (SOW) - UPS2 Repair CLAUSES APPLICABLE TO THIS PROCUREMENT Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) 2 located in Building 33 of DSCR: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4703-15-Q-0075 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This is a firm-fixed price award. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219 (Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance). The small business size monetary standard is $20,500,000. Department of Labor Wage Determination will be based on location of the service provided. Partial proposals will not be accepted. This requirement is to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and tools to repair the Uninterrupted Power Source (UPS) 2 located in Building 33 at the Defense Supply Center Richmond (VA). Requirement must be completed within 6 months of issue of purchase order, unless otherwise coordinated and approved by the customer and the contracting officer. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirement stated in the Statement of Work and the solicitation. Also refer to clauses and provisions includes in this notice.
