- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. EVALUATION CRITERIA This requirement will be evaluated based on the quote mark best value quote mark to the government, which will consider price and past performance as the evaluating factors. SITE VISIT A site visit for this requirement is strongly recommended and will be held at 1000 on 10 August 2015 in the conference room of the second floor of building 119. A site visit will follow a brief base introduction. Please ensure your representative has been cleared to come on base by the Security Forces background check process at least a week prior to the visit and ensure a copy of the attendee's driver's license is attached to the background check form.
