- Revised Combined Synopsis The performance period is 90 calendar days from date of commencement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number F1Y2AA5155AW01 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for this RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Total Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 314110 with a size standard of 500 employees. The line item description is as follows: CLIN 0001- Carpet Install, Bldg 1151 and 1152 Quantity: 1 Unit: LS (Lump Sum) Unit Price: __________ Extended Price: __________ See Attached: Attachment 1 - Statement of Work Attachment 2 - Bldg 1151 Drawing Attachment 3 - Bldg 1152 Drawing PROVISIONS/CLAUSES. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Item, applies to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. This will be a lowest price technically acceptable award. Technical acceptability - at a minimum - will consist of meeting all characteristics of this solicitation mentioned above. SITE VISIT: A Pre-Proposal Site Visit will be held on 4 Aug 2015 at 10:00am MDT at F.E. Warren Air Force Base. All interested parties must submit names and copy of federal or state driver's license or ID of attendees to Troy.Johnson.19@us.af.mil by 01:00 PM MDT on Thursday, 16 July 2015. A Pre-Proposal Briefing will be held at 90 CONS Conference Room prior to the Site Visit. All attendees who do not have access to F.E. Warren Air Force Base please meet at the Main Gate off Interstate 25 at 09:00 AM MDT for escort. ALL QUESTIONS POST SITE VISIT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Troy.Johnson.19@us.af.mil NO LATER THAN 7 Aug 2015 by 11:00AM MST. LATE OFFERS: Offerors are reminded that e-mail transmission of quote/offer prior to the closing date and time will not constitute a timely submission of quote/offer unless it is received by the government prior to the closing date and time. Quotations/offers or modification of quotes/offers received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers WILL NOT be considered (IAW FAR 52.212-1(f)).
